Digi SafeTemps: How to Manage Users

  1. Log into the SafeTemps dashboard (for more detailed information on logging in, click here)
  2. Click the Admin button
  3. Click the Users button
  4. Click the Edit button to the right of the user you intend to manage
  5. This will bring up the Edit User menu
  6. From here, the name, language, user group, and password can be changed, as well as deactivation of user privileges
  7. The Managed Access tab will show your organization's group hierarchy, and show which levels of the organization the user will have access to, based on which boxes are checked or unchecked
  8. When the desired changes have been made, click the Update button in the upper right corner of the window before closing
