Troubleshooting Time Stamp

In version 4.0.6 and earlier, emails may be sent with incorrect time stamps depending on your computer's settings.

 

To correct the issue please follow the following steps:

  1. Uninstall the software (driver removal tool)
     
  2. Reboot the device
     
  3. Download and install version 4.0.8 from the USB software downloads.

 

This should fix any time stamp issues you might be having.
